2- رێكخستنى سه‌رچاوه‌كان له‌ڕێگه‌ى ئاماده‌كردنى پێڕستى پێویست و ئاسانكاریكردن بۆ خوێنه‌ر له‌رێگه‌ى چۆنیه‌تى به‌كارهێنانى كابینه‌ى پێڕسته‌كانه‌وه تاوه‌كو ئه‌و سه‌رچاوه‌ى داواى ده‌كات بۆى ده‌سته‌به‌ر بكرێت. ئه‌مه‌ش له‌ڕێگه‌ى سه‌ردانیكردنى ئه‌و لیستانه‌ى ئاماده‌كران و ته‌واوى كتێبه‌كانى نێو كتێبخانه‌یان تێدا پۆلێن و تۆماركراوه .
3- ڕێكخستن و پاراستنى ئه‌و سه‌رچاوانه به‌‌ڕێگه‌و شێوازى دیاریكراو,به‌گێره‌ى یاساو ڕێسایه‌كى تایبه‌ت,كه‌به‌پێى یه‌كێك له‌سیسته‌مه باوه‌كاى پۆلێنه, ئه‌ویش پۆلێنى دیوى ده‌ییه.
4- ڕاهێنانى كۆمه‌ڵگه‌ى زانكۆیى به‌هه

5- ڕێكخستن و كردنه‌وه‌ى پێشانگه‌ى كتێب(ساڵانه یان شه‌ش مانگ جارێك یان وه‌رزانه), گرنگه له‌ساڵى خوندندا چه‌ند جارێك پێشانگه‌ى كتێب بۆ خوێندكارنى زانكۆ بكرێته‌وه, كتێبه‌كان نرخى گونجاویان هه‌بێت بۆ ئه‌وه‌ى خۆێندكاران به‌نرخێكى گونجاو كتێبه‌كان ده‌ست بخه‌ن.
6- پۆلێنكردنى بابه‌تیانه‌ى ته‌واوى سه‌رچاوه‌كانى كتێبخانه,ڕێكخستن و دابه‌شكردیان به‌سه‌ر لیسته‌جیاوازه‌كان, بۆ ئه‌وه‌ى خوێندكار له‌كه‌مترین ماوه‌دا بگاته به‌و سه‌رچاوه‌ى مه‌به‌ستێتى. ئه‌و سه‌رچاوه‌ى داواى ده‌كات بۆى ده‌سته‌به‌ربكرێت.
7- وه‌رگرتنه‌وه‌ى كتێب له‌و له‌و كه‌سانه‌ى كه‌كتێبیان خواستوه,چ خوێندكارى زانكۆ یان فه‌رمه‌نبه‌رى زانكۆ, به‌شێوه‌یه‌كى باش و به‌پێى یاساو ڕێنماییه‌كانى خواستن,له‌كتێبخانه‌دا,چونكه هه‌موو كتێبخانه‌یه‌ك ڕێسا و یاساى تایبه‌تى خۆى هه‌یه,ئه‌مه‌ش له‌پێناو ئه‌وه‌ى زۆرترین خوێندكار و خوێنه‌ر سوود له‌سه‌رچاوه‌كانى كتێبخانه وه‌ربگرێت.
8- ئاشناكردنى مامۆستیان و خوێندكارن و خوێنه‌ران به‌یاساكانى خواستنى كتێب له‌كتێبخانه, گرنگه به‌رچاو ڕوونیان پێبدرێت خواستن و هێنانه‌وه‌ى كتێبى كتێبخانه ماوه‌ى دیارى كراوى هه‌یه, پێویسته له‌و ماوه‌یه‌ى بۆیان دیارى كراوه سه‌رچاوه‌كان بگه‌رننه‌وه بۆ كتێبخانه,خوێندكارى زانكۆ ده‌توانێت ته‌نها بۆ ماوه‌ى یه‌ك حه‌فته و مامۆستا ته‌نها بۆ ماوه‌ى چوارده ڕۆژ سه‌رچاوه‌كانیان لابێت و پێویسته دواى ته‌واو بوونى ماوه‌ى دیارى كراو سه‌رچاوه‌كان بگه‌رێننه‌وه بۆ كتێبخانه,چونكه ئه‌و سه‌رچاوانه ته‌نا موڵكى ئه‌وان نییه و گرنگه هه‌موان وه‌ك یه‌ك سوود له‌و سه‌رچاوانه وه‌ربگرن.
9- داناى ژماره‌ى پۆلێن له‌سه‌ر شانى كتێبه‌كانى كتێبخانه, له‌گه‌ڵ لێدانى نیشانه‌ى تایبه‌ت(مۆر-ختم) له‌كتێبه‌كان, كه‌ئاماژه‌یه بۆ ئه‌وه‌ى ئه‌م سه‌رچاوه‌یه مۆڵكى كتێبخانه‌یه, چونكه زۆر جار ئه‌و كه‌سانه‌ى سه‌رچاوه‌كان ده‌خوازن زانیارییه‌كى ئه‌وتۆیان نییه یان بیریان ده‌چێته‌وه ئه‌م سه‌رچاوانه‌یان له‌چ كتێبخانه‌یه‌ك خواستوه, دواتر له‌ڕێگه‌ى مۆره‌كانه‌وه ده‌زانن له چ كتێبخانه‌یه‌ك ئه‌و سه‌رچاوانه‌یان خواستووه.
10- ئاسانكارى هۆكاره‌كانى خوێندن و خوێندنه‌وه و توێژینه‌وه‌ى زانستى بۆ خوێندكاران و مامۆستایان و توێژه‌ران و ده‌سته‌به‌ركردنى هێڵى ئینته‌رنێت به‌ریژه‌یه‌كى به‌رچاو بۆ خوێندكاران و خوێندكارانى خوێندنى باڵا, تاوه‌كو نوێترین سه‌رچاوه بۆ بابه‌ته‌كانیان هه‌ڵبژێرن و له‌تازه‌ترین هه‌واڵى زانستى به‌ئاگابن بۆ ده‌وڵه‌مه‌ندكردنى توێژینه‌وه‌كانیان.
