حەفتەى ڕابردوو خاتوو (ژینا ئەمینى) بە شێوەیەکى وەحشیگەرانە کۆتا بەژیانى هێنرا، ئەم کارە ئەوپەڕی نامرۆڤایەتییە، ئەوەى تۆسقاڵێک مرۆڤایەتیی تێدا مابێت، نابێت لە گەورەییی ئەو تاوانە کەم بکاتەوە، ئەوەتا تەنانەت ئەوانەى دەستیان لە تاوانەکەشدا هەیە و هاوخەمیی بۆ دەردەبڕن. بۆیە نابێت قسە لەسەر بەرگرى یان دوژمنایەتی کردنى تاوانەکە بێت، بەڵکو دەبێت لەسەر چۆنیەتیی دژایەتی کردنى بێت. ئەو خاتوونە وایە بەناوى حیجاب نەکردنەوە شەهید کراوە، بەڵام ئایا ڕەوایە بەو هۆیەوە دژایەتیی حیجاب بکرێت؟ گریمان ڕۆژێک مامۆستایەک لەسەر سەعی نەکردن قوتابییەک نیوەمەرگ بکات، ئایا ڕاستە لە تۆڵەدا کتێب بسووتێنرێت و دژایەتیی خوێندن بکرێت، یان ئەسڵ وایە داواى سزادانى مامۆستاکە بکرێت؟!
حیجاب فەرزێکى دینییە، دیندارییش بە دڵخوازى پەیڕەوى لێدەکرێت نەک بە زۆر، هەموو بەزۆر پێکردنێک لە دیندا ڕەتکراوەیە، چونکە بە زۆر بێباوەڕ ناکرێت بە باوەڕدار، بەڵکو دەکرێت بە مونافیق، کە شوێنى ئەویش لە خوارى خوارەوەى دۆزەخە! هەر کەسێک حیجاب و هەر فەرزێکى دیکە بە (تەکریم) نەک (تەکلیف) تێنەگات، بەجێگەیاندنى ئەو فەرزە سوودى پێناگەیەنێت. ئەوەتا خوداى گەورە لە قورئانى پیرۆزدا ئاماژە بەوە دەدات کە نەک منەتى کەس هەڵناگرێت لەسەر ئەوەى ڕێى ئەو دەگرن، بەڵکو ئەو مەنەتیان بەسەردا دەکات کە ئەو ڕێیەى پێپیشان داون (الحجرات/17).
هەموو کچێک مافی ئەوەى هەیە سەرپۆش نەپۆشێت، چونکە ئێمە سەرپۆش بە “تاجى زێڕین” دەزانین، تاجیش ناکرێتە هەموو سەرێک، ئەوەى نەیەوێت هەر هیچ! بەڵام هیچ کچێکیش مافی ئەوەى نییە سووکایەتى بە سەرپۆش بکات و بیسووتێنێت.
ئینجا تا ئەم دواییانە، ئەو سەرپۆشە بە سەرى دایک و کچ و ژنى هەموو ڕەمزە نەتەوەییەکانمانەوە بووە و بەسەرى هی دابەشکارانى خاکى کوردستان و دیکتاتۆر و ستەمکارە دژەکوردەکانەوە نەبووە!
ئەو ڕژێمەى کە ئەم تاوانەشی ئەنجام داوە، تەنانەت پێش ئەوەش کە (ژینا) خان لەدایک ببێت، بە یەکجار یان بە قۆناغ، کەسانى ڕەمزی دینداریی وەک (سوبحانى) و (موفتیزادە) و (ڕەبیعی)ی شەهید کردووە.
با ئەوەى لەنێوان هیندییەکان ڕووى دەدا دووبارە نەبێتەوە، چونکە دینداران تووڕە بکرێن، هەردوو بەرە زەرەر دەکەن، بەڵام بەرەى “سەرپۆش سووتێن” زیاتر، تاکە براوەش دوژمن دەبێت.
