زۆربه‌ى خواستى ژنان له‌گه‌ل پیاواندا وه‌كو یه‌كه، وه‌ك:(سه‌ركه‌وتن، هێز، پێگه‌ى كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تى باش، سامان، خۆشه‌ویستى، هه‌روه‌ها هه‌ردوولا به هاوسه‌رگیرى منداڵدابوون خۆشحال و به‌خته‌وه‌رده‌بن). به‌ڵام كۆمه‌ڵێك تایبه‌تمه‌ندى ژنان له پیاوان جیایان ده‌كاته‌وه، له‌وانه:
1- خۆشه‌ویستى ڕاسته‌قینه: ژنان خوازیارى خۆشه‌ویستى‌و ڕاستگۆین، ئه‌و ژنانه‌ى كه بۆ خۆشه‌ویستى ڕاسته‌قینه نرخ داده‌نێن گوێ ناده‌نه دیاریه گرانبه‌هاكان و شته ڕواڵه‌تیه‌كان.
2- حه‌زكردن به‌جوانى: كه‌متر ژنان باوه‌ڕیان هه‌یه كه‌جوانن یان زۆر جوانن، جوان بوون یه‌كێكه له‌حه‌زه سروشتیه‌كانى ژنان. وتنى كۆمه‌ڵێك باوه‌ڕ به‌خۆبوونى زیاتریان پێ ده‌به‌خشێت، زۆر خۆشحال ئه‌بن. باوه‌ڕ به‌خۆبوونى زیاتریان پێ ده‌به‌خشێت، زۆر خۆشحال ده‌بن بۆنمونه: شێوازى قژت جوانه، یان ئه‌م جل و به‌رگه تۆى زۆر جوان كردووه.
3- بایه‌خه‌كانى كاركردن: ژنان حه‌زیان به‌كارو ئه‌نجامى كاره‌كانیانه، له‌م باره‌وه زۆر هه‌ستیارن، نابێت كاره‌كانى ژنان بێ نرخ دابنرێت، به‌ڵكو ده‌بێت نرخى بده‌نێ، ئه‌مه پرسێكه په‌یوه‌ندى ژن و پیاو كاریگه‌رتر و باشتر ده‌كات.
4- گفتوگۆو چاوپێكه‌وتن: ژنان حه‌زده‌كه‌ن ئه‌وانیتر گوێ بۆ ده‌رده‌دڵه‌كانیان بگرن، پێویستیان به‌وه‌یه هه‌موو كارو قسه‌كانیان له‌گه‌ڵ پیاوان تاوتوێ بكه‌ن، حه‌زده‌كه‌ن هه‌ست و ئاره‌زووه‌كانیان بۆ بیسه‌ر بڵاوبكه‌نه‌وه، زۆربه‌ى كات به‌م شێوه‌یه خۆیان ئارام ده‌كه‌نه‌وه.
5- هه‌ڵبژاردنى هاوسه‌ر: ژنان به‌پێچه‌وانه‌ى پیاوان به‌ئاسانى عاشق نابن، پیاوان زوتر له‌ژێر كاریگه‌رى هه‌سته‌كان بڕیار ده‌ده‌ن، به‌ڵام ژنان خۆیان دور ئه‌گرن له‌م بابه‌ته.
6- ئازادى كه‌سى: زۆربه‌ى یان هه‌ندێك له‌پیاوان ده‌یانه‌وێت، كه ژنه‌كانیان هه‌میشه له‌لایانبن، حه‌زیان له‌ته‌نهایى نیه، له‌كاتێكدا ژنان پێویستیان به پشوودان‌و حه‌سانه‌وه‌و ته‌نهاییه هه‌ندێك جار.
7- په‌یوه‌ندى خۆشه‌ویست هێنه‌ر: ئه‌و ژنانه‌ى كه ئیش و كارى ناوماڵ یان به په‌روه‌رده‌ى منداڵه‌وه ماندوو ئه‌بن، كه‌متر تاقه‌ت و كاتى ئه‌وه‌یان هه‌یه، له‌گه‌ل هاوسه‌ره‌كانیاندا په‌یوه‌ندى عاشقانه‌و خۆشه‌ویست هێنه‌ریان هه‌بێت.
8- هاوڕێیه‌تى دڵسۆزانه: ژنان حه‌زئه‌كه‌ن هاوڕێى دڵسۆزبن بۆ پیاوه‌كانیان، كه‌متر حه‌ز به‌وه‌ده‌كه‌ن به‌ته‌نها دایكى منداڵه‌كانیان بن، یاخود ته‌نها ئیشى مال بكه‌ن، به‌ڵكو ده‌یانه‌وێت هاوسۆزو هاوڕێى مێرده‌كانیشیان بن.
