هه‌روه‌ك پاڵپشتى سۆزدارى و ده‌روونى ئه‌ندامانێتى و په‌یوه‌ندى به‌هێزى سه‌رچاوه‌ى هاندان و پاڵپشتیه كه تاك پێویستى پێییه له قۆناغه جیاجیاكانى ژیاندا و ده‌بێته په‌ناگه‌یه‌ك بۆ ئاسایش و ئاسووده‌یی و خۆشه‌ویستى، هه‌ربۆیه خێزان به‌شداره له گه‌یشتن به سه‌قامگیرى كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تى، به‌و پێیه‌ى كار ده‌كات بۆ پاراستن و چاودێرى تاكه‌كانى له گشت بارودۆخه‌كاندا به تایبه‌ت كاتى ناخۆشى و نه‌خۆشى و كه‌م ئه‌ندامى، كه ده‌بێته یارمه‌تیده‌ر بۆ دابینكردنى ژیانێكى شایسته بۆیان.
ده‌كرێت بڵێیین خێزان پایه‌ى سه‌ره‌كییه له بنیاتنانى تاك و كۆمه‌ڵگه‌دا.
وێڕاى گرنگى خێزان، له ئێستادا ڕووبه‌ڕووى ئاسته‌نگى زۆر بۆته‌وه، به‌هۆى ئه‌و گۆڕانكارییه كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تى و كلتوورى و ئابووریی و ته‌كنه‌لۆجیانه‌ى دروست بووه، كێشه خێزانییه‌كان بۆته كێشه‌ى باوى زۆرێك له تاك و كۆمه‌ڵگه‌كان، بۆ ڕووبه‌ڕووبونه‌وه‌و تێپه‌ڕاندنى ئه‌م كێشانه ده‌توانرێت ئه‌م هه‌نگاوانه‌ى خواره‌وه په‌یڕه‌و بكرێت:
*گفتوگۆ:- ده‌بێت قسه‌كردن و گوێگرتن له نێوان ئه‌ندامانى خێزاندا ئه‌نجام بدرێت بۆ ده‌ستنیشانكردنى هۆكاره‌كانى كێشه‌كان و دۆزینه‌وه‌ى چاره‌سه‌رى گونجاو.
پێویسته ئه‌ندامانى خێزان گوێ له‌یه‌كتر بگرن، به ئاشكراو ڕوونى له‌گه‌ڵ یه‌ك بدوێن، له بیرو هه‌ستى یه‌كتر تێبگه‌ن.
*ڕێزگرتن: بنه‌مایه‌كى گرنگه بۆ دروستكردنى په‌یوه‌ندى ته‌ندروست له‌نێوان ئه‌ندامانى خێزاندا، پێویسته هه‌موو ئه‌ندامانى خێزان ڕێز له یه‌كتر بگرن، بۆچوونى یه‌كتر به نرخ بزانن و به‌هه‌ندى وه‌ربگرن، تایبه‌تمه‌ندى یه‌كدى قبوڵ بكه‌ن.
*هاوكارى: پێویسته ئه‌ندامانى خێزان هاوكارو پشتیوانى یه‌كدى بن له گشت بارودۆخه‌كاندا و كاربكه‌ن بۆ دۆزینه‌وه‌ى چاره‌سه‌رى گونجاو له كاتى كێشه‌كاندا.
هاوكاربوونى خێزانى په‌یوه‌ندیی و كارلێكى نێوان ئه‌ندامان پته‌وتر ده‌كات، ژینگه‌یه‌كى سه‌قامگیر و ئارامتر و ئاسووده‌تر دروست ده‌كات.
*كات: په‌له نه‌كردن له‌وه‌ڵامدانه‌وه‌ى كێشه خێزانیه‌كان، كاتێكى پێویست بده بۆ دۆزینه‌وه‌ى چاره‌سه‌رى گونجاو.
گرنگه كاتى ته‌رخانكراو هه‌بێت له چاره‌سه‌ركردنى كێشه‌كاندا و ژینگه‌یه‌كى ئارام دروست بكرێت بۆ گفتوگۆ، هیچ كێشه‌یه‌ك ئه‌گه‌ر بچوكیش بێت چاره‌سه‌رى دوانه‌خرێت تا كه‌ڵه‌كه نه‌بێت و بارى ده‌رونى نه‌خوازراو دروست بكات و پاشان چاره‌سه‌رى قورس بێت وه‌ك گوتراوه (نه‌گاته ئه‌وه‌ى دڵه‌كان له‌یه‌ك بتۆرێن).
- ئارامگرتن: پێویسته هه‌موو ئه‌ندامانى خێزان ئارامبن بۆ دۆزینه‌وه‌ى چاره‌سه‌رى گونجاو و مامه‌ڵه‌كردن له‌گه‌ڵ كێشه‌كان به‌شێوه‌یه‌كى بنیاتنه‌رو به‌رهه‌مدار.
*ڕاوێژكارى خێزانى: ئه‌گه‌ر كێشه‌كان پێویستى به یارمه‌تى كه‌سانى تر هه‌بوو، ده‌توانرێت په‌یوه‌ندى به ڕاوێژكارى خێزانی یان ده‌رونناسى شاره‌زا بكرێت بۆ یارمه‌تیدانیان له چاره‌سه‌ركردنى كێشه‌كانیان.
