پهرهپێدانى هزرى له ژیانى كهسی و پیشهیی و كۆمهڵایهتی مرۆڤدا گرنگى و بایهخى زۆرى ههیه و یهكێكه له هۆكاره كاریگهرهكان لهسهر باشتربوونى دۆخى ژیان و بهرهوپێشچوونهكان، به تایبهت بۆ خانمان كه پرسێكیان ههیه و دهخوازێت چارهسهر بكرێت و دۆخ و ئاستى ژیانیان پهرهپێبدهن، لهم ڕوانگهیهوه به چهند خاڵێكى كورت ئاماژه به گرنگى پهرهپێدانى هزر دهكهین:
1-زیادبوونى متمانه بهخۆبوون:
هزر یارمهتیدهره بۆ فراوانكردنى بیركردنهوه، بیركردنهوه یارمهتى خانمان دهدات تواناكانیان پهرهپێبدهن، ئهمهش یارمهتیان دهدات بڕیارى دروست بدهن و به متمانه بهخۆبوونهوه مامهڵه لهگهڵ بابهتهكانى ژیاندا بكهن.
متمانهبهخۆبوون پرۆسهیهكى گرنگه بۆ باشكردنى ژیانى كهسى و پیشهیی بۆ ئافرهتان ئهمهش به خوێندنهوه و مهشقكردن و وهرزشى عهقڵ و تێڕوانینى دروست بۆ خود و ئامانج ڕوونى دروست دهبێت.
2-باشتركردنى تواناى كارلێكى كۆمهڵایهتى:
فراوانى هزر یارمهتى خانمان دهدات باشتر كارلێك بكهن لهگهڵ كهسانى دهوروبهریان چ له شوێنى كار یان ژیانى كۆمهڵایهتى، ئهمهش یارمهتیان ئهدات بۆ بهدهسهێنانى سهركهوتنى زیاتر له ژیانى پیشهیی و كۆمهڵایهتیاندا.
كاتێك زانیارى لهسهر جیهان و كۆمهڵگهكانى تر فراوان دهبێت و فێرى ڕوانگه و كلتوورو ڕۆشنبیریه جیاوازهكانى كۆمهڵگه دهبیت، فێردهبیت چۆن كارلێك بكهین لهگهڵیان بهشێوهیهكى كاریگهرتر.
3-پهرهپێدانى توانا دهرونییهكانیان:
هزرى تهندروست گرنگترین فاكتهره بۆ دهروونى تهندروست، فاكتهره دهروونیهكان كاریگهرن لهسهر كارو ئاراستهى مرۆڤ، به خوێندنهوهو بهشداریكردن له خول و وۆركشۆپ و كۆڕهكان كه تایبهته به پهرهپێدانى بیركردنهوه و ڕۆشنبیرى گشتى هزر گهشه دهكات، ئهمهش یارمهتى خانمان دهدات ئاستى بیركردنهوهیان بهرهوپێش ببهن و توانا دهرونیهكانیان پهره پێبدهن.
4-خۆبهدیهێنان (تحقیق الذات):
گهشهى هزرو بیركردنهوه گهورهترین یارمهتیدهره بۆ خۆبهدیهێنانى ئافرهتان چونكه گهشهى عهقڵ به بنهمایهك دادهنرێت بۆ خۆباشتركردن و گهیشتن به سهركهوتن له ژیاندا.
توانا هزریهكان یارمهتیدهرن بۆ ههڵبژاردنى ئامانج و پلانى گونجاو و گهیشتن بهو ئامانجانه.
5-داهێنانكارى و بهرهوپێشچوونى داهێنانهكانیان:
گهشهى هزر دهتوانێت یارمهتى ئافرهتان بدات باشتر گوزارشت له بیروڕاو داهێنانهكانى خۆیان بكهن، فراوانكردنى ئاسۆى مهعریفه و بیركردنهوهى جیاواز و گرنگیدان به وردهكارى و پهرهپێدان و باشتركردنى بیرۆكهكان دهرهنجامى گهشهى هزره، ئهمهش دهبێته سهرچاوهى داهێنانكارى و بهرهوپێشچوون.
لێرهوه بۆمان دهردهكهوێت گهشهى هزر چهندین گرنگى و بایهخى ههیه له گرنگترینیان متمانه بهخۆبوون و كۆمهڵایهتى بوون و پهرهدان به توانا دهروونیهكان و خۆبهدیهێنان و داهێنانكارییه.
ههر ئهمهش دهبێته بنهماو سهرچاوهى گهشه و پهرهپێدانهكان لهسهر ئاستى تاكى و كۆمهڵگهیی.
كهواته ئافرهتان ئهگهر دهخوازن له ژیاندا گهشهسهندنى كهسى و كۆمهڵگهیی بهدهست بێنن له گهشهى هزرهوه دهست پێبكهن، به بهردهوامبوون له فێربوون و خوێندنهوهو خۆڕۆشنبییركردن و بیركردنهوهو سوود وهرگرتن له ئهزموون و ئاڵنگارییهكان و ههموو ئهو سهرچاوانهى گهشه دهدهن به هزر. .
