ئەو حالەتانەی کە گەر ڕووبەڕووی خاتونی دوگیان بوەوە بەڕۆژوو بون ڕێگەپێنەدراوە:
🔹ڕشانەوە و دڵ تێکهەڵهاتن لە مانگەکانی سەرەتای دوگیانی .
🔹کەمبونەوەی کێشی کۆرپەلە .
🔹ئەو دوگیانانەی کە توشبوی نەخۆشیەکانی ڕاڕەوی میزو میزەرۆن، کە لە پاڵ چاودێری تەندروستی پێویستیان بە خواردنەوەی ڕێژەیەکی باش شلەمەنیە .
🔹ئەو دوگیانانەی کە توشبوی نەخۆشی شەکرەن و وەرگری ئەنسۆلینن.
🔹لە حالەتی دووگیان بوون بە دوانەیەک یان زیاتر.
ئەونیشانەنەی کە ئاگادارکرنەوەیە بۆ شکاندنی ڕۆژوو ڕاستەوخۆ:
🔹سەرئێشە.
🔹هیلاکی زۆر .
🔹سەرسوران و کێشە لە بینین کە وا لە خانمەکە ئەکات نەتوانێت بەپێوە بوەستێت.
🔹وەستانی جولەی کۆرپەلە بۆ کاتێکی زۆر.
لەکاتی بەرۆژووبوندا:
🔹گەر کەشو هەوا گەرم بوو پێویست دەکات کە بەبەرداوام لە ژورەوە بمێننەوە دوربن لە چونەدەره‌وە بەتایبەت کات نیوەرۆو پاش نیوەڕۆ.
🔹پێویستە خاتوونی دوگیان دوربێت لە هەموو چالاکیەکی هیلاککەر .
هەر حاڵەتێکی دیکە کە پزیشک دیاری بکات..
