مێژوى خهباتى ژنان دهوڵهمهنده به پێگهیاندنى ڕموزى كارا و كاریگهر له ژنانى خاوهن تواناى ئهكادیمى و ئهزمونى سیاسی و كۆمهڵایهتى و ڕۆشنبیرى كه بهبهردهوامى بونى خۆیان له نێوهندى گۆڕانكارییه سیاسى و كۆمهڵایهتیهكان سهلماندووه و بونهته ژمارهیهك كه نهتوانرێت له ناو كۆمهڵگاكانیاندا فهرامۆش بكرێن، ههروهها مێژوى كۆمهڵگا ئیسلامیهكانیش سهربوردهى ئهو كهڵه ژنانهى تۆماركردووه كه له بواره جیاوازهكاندا خزمهتیان به كۆمهڵگاكانیان كردووه و ههر ئهو ژنانهش بون كه له پێگهیاندنى چهندین نهوه له زانایانى ئیسلامى ڕۆڵى بنچینهییان بووه.
ئهوهى مایهى سهرنج وتێڕامانه بریتیه له كهمى ژنى خاوهن قهڵهم كه به دیدگاى ژنان وێناى ژیان و دهربڕین له بۆچون و تێڕوانینهكانیان بكهن، ئهمهش بووهته هۆى سهرههڵدانى گفتوگۆیهك له نێوهنده ئهكادیمى و نێوهندى بزوتنهوهكانى ژنان سهبارهت به ڕادهى بكهربونى ژنان له نوسین و مهعریفه و زانست كهبه پێنوسى پیاوان بهرههمدههێنرێت، یان پێچهوانهكهى كه ڕادهى بكهربونى پیاوانه لهو بابهتانهى كه پهیوهسته به پرسهكانى ژنان و به پێنوسى پیاوان دهنوسرێن.
ئهم گفتوگۆ زانستیهى كه دهربارهى دوالیزمى بابهتبون/ بكهربون ( Subject/ Object) بهشێكى بهرچاوى له نوسینهكانى پێشهنگه ئهكادیمیهكانى ژنان پێكهێناوه و له زۆربهى ئهو نوسینانهدا كهمى پێنوسى ژنان دهكهنه هۆكار بۆ ڕهنگدانهوهى واقیعى كۆمهڵایهتى و سیاسی به شێوهیهكى سهلبى و دوور له بهرژهوهندى ژنان، لهوانه:
- نهبونى ژنانى مێژوونوس بووهته هۆى ئهوهى ژن ببێته بابهت له نوسین مێژو له لایهن پیاوانهوه بهوهش دیدگاى ژنان له بینینى ژیانى كۆمهڵگاكانیان بونى نهبێت له نێو لاپهرهكانى مێژوودا.
- كهمى پێنوسى ژنانه له بوارى هونهر و ئهدهبدا بهسهرجهم ڕهنگ و ئاوازهكانهوه بووهته هۆى ئهوهى ژن ههمیشه بابهت بێت و به چاوى ڕهگهزى بهرامبهر تهعبیر له بونى بكرێت و تێڕوانین و فیكرى ژنان ئهو بهشه بێت كه داهێنان له بوارى هونهر و ئهدهب لێى بێبهشه.
- نهبونى ژنى خاوهن پێنوس له بوارى تهفسیر و فیقه و خوێندنهوه و تۆماركردنى سیره و باقى زانسته شهرعیهكاندا هۆكارى سهرهكى بووه له خوێندنهوه و تێگهیشتن له تێكسته شهرعیهكان تهنها له دیدگاى پیاوانهوه لهوهش زیاتر ئهو تێكستانهى كه تایبهتن به ژنان، پیاوان ڕاڤه و لێكدانهوهیان بۆ كردوون.
- له بهرههمهێنانى مهعریفه و تیۆره زانستیهكاندا جارێكى تر زۆر به دهگمهنى ژنان بهشدارییان كردووه، بۆیه له ههر بوارێكى زانستى بتهوێت بخوێنیتهوه ڕاستهوخۆ له گهڵ مێژویهك له ناوى زانایانى پیاوان مامهڵه دهكهیت.
ئهم بوارانه و چهندین بوارى تریش كه دهروازهكهى نوسین و خاوهندارێتى پێنوسه تا ئێستاش كه سهدهى بیست و یهكه پێنوسى ژنان نهگهشتووهته ئهو حاڵهتهى كه ژنان به تهواوهتى له بون به بابهتهوه ههنگاو بنێن بهرهو بون به بكهرى ڕاستهقینه له تۆماركردنى مێژو و بهرههمهێنانى مهعریفه و ئاڕاستهكردنى ڕهوشى كۆمهڵأیهتى و سیاسى كۆمهلگاكانیان به واتایهكى تر دهربازبون له بون به بابهت له ههموو ئهو بوارانهى كهپێنوسى بۆ دهخرێته گهڕ.
له كاتێكدا سهرجهم پێشهنگهكانى بزوتنهوهكانى ژنان له دونیاى ئهمڕۆدا پێكدێن لهسهر ئهوهى بونى ژنانى خاوهن پێنوس له ڕێى بهشدارى و بهرههماكانیانهوه دهتوانن هاوسهنگى و گشتگیرى و تهواوكارى بۆ ژیان له ڕووى ئیداره و ئاڕاستهكردن وتۆمار و مێژوهوه بگێڕنهوه. گرنگه پێگهیاندنى ژنانى خاوهن پێنوس ببێته ئهولهویاتى پێشهنگ و بزوتنهوهكانى ژنان له دونیاى ئهمڕۆدا.
