٭شاری عادیلانە و شاری گەشەسەندووانە:
(کڕینی خانوولە لایەن سەرۆکی هەرێم و جێگرەکەی بۆ دووان لە کچە خوێندکارە سەرکەوتووەکان)
(سوزان ئێس فاینشتاین) یەکێکە لەو ژنە فەیەسوفانەی کە شەپۆلێکی فەیلەسوفی ژنی ئەخلاق و عەدالەت سەنتەرن و خۆیان یەکلایی کردووەتەوە بۆ خزمەتی فیکری مرۆیی. پرۆژەی سەنتەری فاینشتاین (عەدالەتی شاریی)ە کە لە پرۆژەکەیدا شاری دەوڵەمەند و گەشەسەندوو لە شاری (عادیل) جودا دەکاتەوە و لە یەکێک لە کتێبە نایابەکانیدا بەراوورد لە نێوان هەر سێ شاری (ئەمیستردام) و (لەندەن) و (نیۆیۆرک) دەکات. ئەنجامی لێکۆڵینەوەکەی بریتییە لەوەی هەرچەند شاری (لەندەن) و (نیۆیۆرک) لە (ئەمیستردام) پارەدارترن، بەڵام ئەمیستردام لەو دوو شارەی دیکە (عادیل)ترە. فاینشتاین کۆمەڵیک پێوەری هەن بۆ جوداکردنەوەی شاری (عادیل) و شاری (دەوڵەمەند). بۆ نمونە شاری عادیل شوێن و کاڵا گشتییەکانی بۆ هەموو هاوڵاتیانە( هیچ گەرەکێک بە پرسگە و پاسەوان لە کۆی شار جودا نەکراوەتەوە وەک گەرەک و شارە دەوڵەمندەکانی هەولێر و سلێمانی). هەروەها هەمیشە کەرتە خزمەتگوزارییەکانی بە قازانجی بێبەشترینەکان دەشکێتەوە( لە شارەکانی هەرێم تا هەژارێک لە نەخۆشخانەیەکی حکومی سەرەی دێت بۆ نەشتەرگەری یان دەمرێت یاخود نەخۆشییەکەی هێندە گەشە دەکات چارەسەری زۆر سەخت دەبێت، ئەمە لە کاتێکدا دەوڵەمەندەکان لە نەخۆشخانە تایبەتەکان هەر زوو چارەسەر دەکرێن و چاک دەبنەوە) . ئەگەرچی هەزاران کار لە هەرێمی کوردستان بوونیان هەیە، بەڵام بێبەشەکان کاری شایستەیان دەست ناکەوێت. بنەماڵەی پێنج شەش کەسی هەیە سەربەحیزبن و هەموویان دامەزراوون یاخود بن دیوارن و ژمارەی ئۆتۆمبێلەکانیان کۆی شەقامی کۆڵانەکەی گرتووە، چونکە هەموویان مووچەی خۆیان هەیە بەڵام چەند بنەماڵە لەهاوسێکانیان پێکەوە یەک کەسیان دانەمەزراوە. تەنها یەک کەس بە تەنها چەند خانوو و کۆشک و بورجی بەرزی هەیە و هەزارانیش کرێچی یاخود داماوون و بێ خانە و لانەن. لە شاری گەشەسەندوودا خانووی زۆر هەیە کە بایى ملیۆنەها دۆلارە، بەڵام خەڵکی دیکە هەن خانوویان نییە یاخود لە خانووی بلۆک، بەڵکو لە قوڕ و تەنەکە دروستکراودا دەژین. ئەمانە هەمووی لە نیشتمانەکەی ئێمە هەن، بەڵام لە شاری عادیلدا کەس نییە پێویستییە سەرەتاییەکانی وەک خانووی خۆی نەبێت!.
کاتێک سەرۆک وەزیران یاخود جێگرەکەی تەنها بۆ یەک کەس کە خانووی شایستەی نییە پارە دەدات و خانووی بۆ دەکرێت ( کە دەبوو بێمنەت ئەو خانووەی هەبوایە) ئەوە مانای وایە ئێمە لە شارێکدا دەژین کە گەشەی سەندووە، ئەو هەموو بینا بەرزەى بەرز بووونەتەوە نیشانەی ئەمەن . بەڵام ئێمە لە شاری (عادیل)دا ناژین. هەر ئەو هاوکارییەی سەرۆک و جێگرەکەی داننانە بەمەدا . سەرەڕای ئەوەی زۆرم پێ خۆش بوو ئەو دوو خێزانە بەرێزە لەو دۆخەیان رزگاریان بوو کە وا دەزانم بۆ خۆم بووم، چونکە ئەوانی هەژار و سەرکەوتووم خۆ دەوێن . نەتەنها لەبەرئەوەی رۆژێ منیش وەک ئەوان هەم هەژار و هەم سەرکەوتوو ژیاووم و، بەڵکو لەبەرئەوەی مرۆڤە تێکۆشەرەکانم خۆش دەوێت.. بەڵام ئەم کارەی ئەو دوو بەرپرسە رێک سلماندنی (ناعادیل) بوونی شاری ئێمەیە. ئاخر چۆن دەبێت لەم وڵاتەدا مرۆڤ مافێکی سەرەتایی وەک شوێنی نیشتەجێ بوونی نەبێت. بە تێبینی ئەوەی بۆ دەوڵەمەندنەبوون لەوەدەچێ هۆکاری دەرەکی وەک برینی پشکی هەرێم لە لایەن بەغداد و ئابڵوقە خستنەسەری و هتد.. رۆڵیان هەبێت بەڵام بۆ دروستکردی شاری عادیل هیچ بیانوویەکی دەرەکی نییە، چونکە ئەوە دەسەڵات خۆیەتی جیاوازییەکان دروست دەکات و چەوسانەوە دروست دەکات. دووبارە لەگەڵ پیرۆزباییم لە یەکەمەکان بەری زەحمەتی خۆیانە ان شا‌و الله هەموویان دەبنە مرۆڤی گەورەی وەک فاینشتاین کە لەبەرئەوەی بۆ عەدالەت تێدەکۆشێت من لەم دوورەوە وەک دایکی خۆم سەیری دەکەم!.
